Define STFU please. I am a new person on this site.
They are a corporation. Employees are not an asset, they are a liability. They don't care about you, your home, your family, your income or lack thereof. You are merely a name on a piece of paper in the form of a check or a W2. The less employees the more money for JRC. They would replace you in a heartbeat with someone less experienced and for a lot less pay. They only care about their ROI.
Don't be rude about the STFU. Some people come here to vent, some have genuine concerns and would like some feedback.
STFU. This has been happening to Follett employees for the past 10 years... Did you really think YOU WERE IMMUNE?
That's why I left last year. Wonder what they would do if everyone in the stores walked out at the same time, all across the country.
