When is the payout?

It's March 1 for Payroll A-That's what was written on my award statement.
I was expecting March 1 for payroll A, but my leader told me March 15. Typically, we receive an email that reminds us to pause 401k deductions for that pay period, but I've heard nothing. How can they be so vague?
It was January 1, 2024. The AIP was 'Be thankful you still have a job'.
But seriously, going from a company multiplier (the last factor of your bonus equation) of 130% to 30% will feel like nothing.
I’ve been here at Humana for 9 yrs and the payout is usually the first pay check beginning in March. You will find out the amount mid Feb as your leader will send you an invite for a one on one time. Don’t forget to change your withholding to not allow 401k payout to occur.
I’ve heard all AIP will be paid out at 30%. That’s if you get one.
Unless something changes, everyone should find out what the payout is the later part of February with payroll A receiving their payout on March 1 and payroll B a week after on March 8. Please remember, things are often delayed at H. Just look at the huge delay in the Virgin Pulse roll out. All that money not going out means millions in interest.
I've been at Humana for almost 10 years and I've always gotten the full payout based on my reviews. This year I was given an inconsistent rating with no evidence to back it up. I guess I won't be getting my bonus.
How much is AIP%? This is my first march at Humana
First paycheck in March.
March 1 for Payroll A
Normally happens in March. But nothing seems normal this year.
April????
First or second week in April, depending on if you’re payroll A or B
