i heard reivent stock will be available early to make people move. Anyone know the timing?

100k+ options at a low strike price of £3, our reinvent share plan is a complete failure that is keeping miserable people who should leave hanging around for a payout.
I've heard a lot of Fs saying they will take the opportunity. The amount of knowledge we will have lost due to ReInvent is criminal
