All of Australia ICA that lives in NA have been let go. The only support agents have are Manila ICA which is only a hand full of agents. They weren’t able to log in to their systems and had to wait for a phone call!!

Nxt turn to cut off the last bit left in EMEA, few escalations only these days and most prevent and who cares where ICA is based in EMEA or Bangalore.
And here is the beginning of the full outsourcing of our jobs. With that will come the end of PP. How many customers are rude as--s and only want to speak to someone in America? I don't work for AU market but this still hits too close to home.
is there a good way, at least we will know by Friday last time was worse. PayPal is pread out all over the world it be hard to coordinate everything and follow all the rules. I am not defending it at all but there is no good way and if you live outside of EMEA your protection from sudden unemployment is non existent. many will lose everything so a few can gain
They pulled the frontline agents into a meeting to tell them that their ICA support was let go! They went about these layoffs horribly!
