Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Considering accepting a position at BH

Looking for some feedback on the campus and company before I relocate across the country. I was delighted when I was told that the campus was essentially a nature preserve full of biodiverse wildlife such as deer, ducks, swans, eagles, mink, beavers and campus cats. Does anyone have further insight on these claims?

I was also curious about the condition of the building if anyone could share their experiences. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

horrible disgusting restrooms on the 4th floor, all the 1000 ppl on that floor keep lining up and using it, imagine the Hygiene issues!

I hate seeing ppl lining up, and using them, not enough for those numbers.. If some one is sick , whole floor will get sick guys! buckle up.

I assume you were told of the bilingual requirement to speak hindi? Be prepared to have google translator ready so you can understand when your teammates are openly gossiping about while they sit next to you with a big smile on their face. The place is a cesspool of unprofessionalism that is ignored by leadership.

Review pictures of Berlin May 1945 and it may give you an idea of Fiserv promises and reality. If not a joke post, do NOT consider Fiserv for a job unless the IRS is pounding your door. Not the company it was some years ago.

thank you for your fabulous post - the suggestion that bh is in a corporate campus disguised as a nature preserve filled with exotic wildlife (mink, eagles, etc.) is nothing short of hilarious!

do NOT relocate. over crowded offices , Too noisy, ppl lining up outside rest rooms, Po-p filled toilets, bare minimum increments, less bonus, over priced lunch which is dog food over 10$, and I noticed them monitoring what people are weighing on the scales, list goes on and on..no parking, no job security, Highest taxesin NJ, oldest homes over 1 Million, in NJ , every thing is far off, need to drive 1 hour atleast to get to from point A to point B, I'd say work hard and find remote jobs, who ever is working at BH has no talent to find remote jobs and are su-king up to a god forsaken company! in the ageof chatgpt and where Top companies like Meta, Apple, Microsoft, Netflix etc. is allowing ppl to work remotely for ever from anywhere in the US, the management here wants people to come in to the office all 5 days a week, pathetic! and the SVPs dont understand technology, they believe some tom di-k and harry telling them what to do.

Well, it is a superfund site that housed toxic waste. The building is over crowded. People are in conference rooms. Lines at the restrooms, lack of parking. Heard enough? Bail out!

I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you are able. The place is a disaster as the many other threads suggest. As far as the biodiversity... I think the information you were given is a bit ambitious. All I have ever seen here are some squirrels, various species of bird and a few stray dogs. Best of luck
