SNP is chaotic and poorly managed. It is cliquey. They don't like 'outsiders' i.e. anyone who didn't start in SNP as a CM. They will tell you that to your face if you join at anything higher than a CM level no matter how long you have been with Humana. It should be a smooth process to change internal departments but they make it difficult. They constantly change processes and policies, however nothing seems to improve. The members are very needy, complex and
stressful to manage. Unsurprisingly there is high attrition in first 90 days of CM hiring. It's pretty much a massive cluster. There are some good people there and some self-important bi--hes. I worked there 2 years and would not recommend. I worked in several different departments at Humana over many years and this was the worst. Just my opinion.
Special need program. Have Medicaid or Medicare
What does SNP mean?
SNP- awful upper leadership. You've got unlicensed social workers in charge of licensed nurses. They require social workers to be licensed but don't require the same from a social worker manager or associate director. Unfair promotions- it's all about who you are friends with. Lots of attrition.
I'm just going to come out in drag and sing abcdefu...it's a matter of time.
Spill it on SNP!
You don't want to go to SNP. Trust me, it's better to just find another job somewhere else.
Yes! Sending job openings daily and movement to SNP without knowing how many will be let go from HUMCS. We need jobs but would rather stay where we are if we can but we have no info to make that decision.
