Does anyone really believe BillyBob and his purpose nonsense? Do we think our leadership sits around talking about the purpose of SunTruist? When did you last hear your direct manager talk about purpose? It has become apparent that the disconnect between management and the people actually trying to do a job is at a point of no return. He thinks a 20 plus operating group is going to fix this mess? Major changes in leadership have to occur for this institution to ever achieve the success it can have in the future.
