Am I the only one who didn’t get a raise?

Every year I got a bonus and raise except this time. Tech Plano location.

He said raise OR bonus. Bonuses are not capped for small fish like us. He's just not favorable anymore. He needs to leave in order to get more money. For business politics reasons or just cause he's just not good at his job.

Another reason for not getting a raise would be if you are in the top compensation band for your job. Every role has a ceiling so it may be wise to move laterally into another job with a higher ceiling if promotion isnt happening

No raise. Just a bonus that was cut in half from the year before. Just do the bare minimum so they lay you off and then you can get unemployment.

Home lending employee here. Have not received a COLA since 2020. We are told that our bonuses from the prior year is the “raise”. Last years bonus was 6% of salary.

Anyone I know got a bonus and raise. I got 6% raise this year. I am in tech Plano TX (602).

It could be that your manager does not think you are needed or he/she does not like you. You could be considered obsolete or marginalized. I have seen top performers not get a raise. The manager did not care to manage anyone. The next year he became individual contributor. What did the bank do? You know the answer. He is still there. I had a colleague who resigned without even having another job, I left the LOB. Again this person is still there without any direct reports.

You are 100% not a required person if you got 0.00% for either raise and or bonus, means you will never get anything more, no matter how hard you work. You will always be terrible, mgmt will always look at you as the same mediocre piece of Shi. Imagine working 365 days a year and not getting anything.. yeah just leave. (No amount of drinking or "trying to forget about it") will ever replace your reputation. And trust me, there are people like me that will ensure that happens. Thanks for your

If you don't get a raise, it means you are not a required person. Everyone should be getting something, just to cover some of the inflation costs.
