Yet again, the RSA authenticor has suffered a catastrophic failure, leaving most of the UK unable to work.
It seems to be a monthly occurrence now.
Where is the testing of these changes before they are rolled out? Where are the rollback and contingency plans?
I dread to think what the FTE cost of todays debacle is.
Of course, the same id--ts rolling out these incompetent projects will claim a "win" for fixing their own mistakes and be allowed to carry on with the next project they will inevitably sc--w up.
