Looking at a role in CCAR and I'm hearing there's lots of turnover in that area. Manager playing favorites and not treating people equally ? Any insights?

The management is horrible. Lots of enabling of bad behaviors & belittling people. I'd go to another area of the bank. No teamwork. Non favorites are bull**** out.
I can’t scream run loud enough!!!
RUN!!! WF has turned into a cr-ppy place to work...

I will add that it is definitely a grind and a lot of long hours during the annual process. Probably the reason for the turnover as after a few cycles you’d probably start to burn out. However it looks great on a resume and probably opens some doors when you look for a new role.
I mean CCAR has a lot of areas of the bank contributing to the annual report. It probably depends on what LoB/Risk team you would be aligned to. I can tell you that it can pretty interesting if you are into that type of quantitative analysis. Some extremely intelligent folks that run the models that do the forecasting.
What is CCAR?
You're completely on your own. Non cooperative team & manager will shame you if you ask for guidance.
Doesn't have lots of management experience. In "fake it til you make it" mode.
Well known with lots of issues. I would run the other way. Turnover should be a huge red flag to senior executives and regulators.
Derailed lots of careers.
I'd stay away.
