If the person saying they are the Ivory Tower monitor, people like you and your thoughts are the downfall of the company. Glad I was in the 1st round of layoffs and didn't get offered 1 of those new positions. Colleges won't put up with inadequacies for too terribly long. Glad that Ivory Tower has a job for now. Guess what??? Lose enough stores and you will be the next cut but don't worry they can find someone at minimum wage to do your job for sure. To those still there..get out while you can. There are WAY better companies out there to work for.

In my region: 2 CM3's, 2 ML's and 1 RM were laid off. Two of these people had been with Follett for 30 years.

"I was in the CM call and it was very vague. Just “people are getting laid off, but not you lol” with a promise for more info later."

Haha. Just like in March. No real info and then they give you less than 48 hours to decide to stay or not. Best part? Your RMs knew about the restructuring that started in May for 7 to 8 months before it happened and didn't say 1 damn word.

Who was cut? No info out there saying who was. Or is it still to happen?

Pack your bags. Gather your personal items. Drop the keys at security. You are all liable for this bloodletting. Thankfully, I am a valued member of the Ivory team monitoring your sorry plaintive moanings. You are expendable and easily replaced by minimum wage flunkies .
