How do we start a union so we can kick out these failed GE leaders and bring in better leadership? Anyone with me?

Production worker need the union the most since they are the ones that are taken advantage of the most and are underpaid and under appreciated.

We need to unionize to cut out GE cancer lol? Yeah, I think not. Talk to the guys at UPS who are with the Teamsters. They are exhibit A why unions can be even more corrupt than corporations. They have partnered with UPS to minimize health care benefits to part time new hires with a 9 month waiting period and hitting the new blood up with a $250+ "initiation fee" while negotiating a pay that doesn't match the real wage back in 1980...Unions su-k and the members tell me so.
