The employee HR service center has been closed during their own stated business areas a couple of times in the last few days. Sydney keeps malfunctioning. EOBs won’t download. Anybody else experiencing same?

Quality decline isn't a big deal. It's the fact this company will never be able to build anything internal themselves. So they will keep hiring cr-ppy middle management as a result.
Ever since they IT moved offshore it has been progressively worse and worse with each passing day. They do the bare minimum, reply days, weeks even months later, don’t fix the issue then close it out. And the cherry on top, “update” they push makes things worse.
Compass and Solution Central down this morning. Customer service couldn’t check membership or do basic things to help members.

Just wait! It will get worse before it gets better. The people ' fixing it' is part of the problem.

IMHO, that day will never come. The company is too far gone and is beginning to implode on itself.
Every day something is broken and doesn’t work correctly at this place. Not sure I have noticed that it happens more often now, but I do spend a good portion of my days fixing issues or trying to find workarounds for cr-p until things do get fixed.
