Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

whats new

some ppl will be remote till 2024 end 2025 march, as fiserv cannot work without them.
Mostly others have no talent and they go into the BH office.

I'd say look for remote jobs and move to the South , why do you want to pay so much and live in NJ , highest taxes, highest cost, ok salary and that too, need to go in 4 days for what? over crowded office, over priced food, queing outside restrooms, meagre increments and very less bonus, move on !

As Fiserv separates those that have long years of service (loyalty), and years of system /application knowledge, what remains behind are those that do not possess those skills and knowledge. Those that remain will get squeezed more and more and will finally leave on their own to go somewhere else.

Abstaining from s-x is a method of control you can try.

I agree with half of this statement: move to the south. I know it’s easier said than done but some day down the road you’ll want to.

Fiserv seem pretty confident that those remote employees will only leave when Fiserv decides it is time.

If you are remote at Fserv, your days are numbered especially if FB is at the helm.
