Thread regarding Capital One layoffs

Rotational Program ( recent college grad class of 2023)

In the rotational program for HR and it is he-l over here.

I thought that this would be a wonderful I could grow into, but coming this June I will be leaving once my first rotation ends.

The company does not care about fostering young talent. Only give stack ranking in which they compare you to others.

Makes no sense because everyone has different projects that they work on.

Oh and one more thing: S-XUAL ASSULT IS RAMPANT HERE.

Many of the people in my rotational program have asked the question, “How in the he-l is Capital One rated as one of the bet places to work?”

C1 is a horrifying first full-time job for a recent college graduate. The experience leaves them damaged as their hopes were high and their view of the corporate world is impressionable. The horrible people management practices of the company frightens them and leaves them anxious and distraught. Other places are bad too and the only positive outcome is that it toughens them and prepares them for the harshness of the real corporate world.

There are no other positives. They should use this trauma to learn how to protect themselves and their livelihoods to secure their future and treat this experience as a vibrant learning journey.

The company should and would be shut down in the near future anyways by the regulators. So we're all even.

Thank you. You're one brave soul to speak about HR practices. By the way HR is the group that authorizes the carte blanche harassment, bias/discrimination, and wrongful termination of employees through their vindictive and evil performance calibration using stack rankings. Peace.
