This is inaccurate.

It is 100% tax incentive.

Frank chose Berkeley heights because he can appear on CNBC and then helicopter back to fiserv in time for the town hall where leadership all rubs each other off.

Alpharetta is/was a far superior location with Atlanta having hubs and offices to every major financial institution in the country if not the world. As said here countless number of times it was all about FB, Manhattan and ego.

Why are their folks working remote near BH while others have to chose or leave?

No room. Cr-p for a location.
High taxes and crime.

interesting: the tax-break eligibility condition for an employee is that 80% of their work is performed in new jersey (therefore generating taxes for new jersey).

that condition would be met if a resident of nj works in the office or at home, right? just sayin…

also of interest: setting up the georgia vs. nj “competition” to see which state can offer more than the other in the way of incentives.

So the report says that they can fit 3103 chairs in the building. That is clearly the only thing that matters. No one bothered to look into any other details. Amazing.

The above statement is not true…You have people being sent to Berkley Heights that have no place to park, no place to sit…Itnwas so bad that one SVP told those that reported to her one day that since the staff could not find a place to sit (after it was assigned to them) to go home since the C level has been lying through their teeth! I want to know, Is Frankie boy leasing the property from a buddy? We already know he is getting a bunch of incentives from his friends in city hall! If anyone at FISERV corp is reading it, prove me wrong and we can show pics of the truth!

The anticipated (and thus, maximum) eligible capital investment in the proposed Qualified Business Facility by Fiserv Solutions is $105.6M. Fiserv Solutions would lease the entire 412,000 sq. ft. building located at 100 Connell Drive, Berkeley Heights, New Jersey, which Fiserv Solutions indicated will have a seated workstation capacity of 3,103 office. Staff reviewed and confirmed that the number of seats is reasonable based on the standard amount of space for an office workstation seat.

Think it’s way above that number
