"As far as I can tell Gollum has already left Oracle"

Not actually true. He's still here and goes by the moniker "SEC Guy"

In fact it is Gollum who destroys the ring.

Not willingly. It is his own greed that drives him to madness and the struggle for control at the end. He would have risked anything for it.

Yes the smallest of us, do have the power to change the world forever. The very reason, we encourage and lift employees up and not degrade them, while sitting in mgmt positions. The very ones that are degraded can move on and you might have to go to them one day and ask for job.
Postive leadership is not just about feeding the positive but also weeding out the negative. As a leader you must recognize that negativity exists, real world, life situations exists. Corruption exists. One of the biggest mistakes leaders make is that they ignore the negativity with their team and organization. Upper management has allowed negativity, corrupt behavior to breed and grow and it has reached the place of sabotaging the company. Corruption needs to addressed. Transparency and accountability is necessary to confort what exists, transform it or remove it.

Yes, even the smallest of us have the power to change the world for the better. The shire is a distant memory for some. You can’t just hide in the shire while evil takes over the world. Some are called to a higher purpose.

This is the moral of the story and it is a great story. It applied to WWII and it applies again and again whenever evil spreads.

It sounds like a fairy tale, but it is very true. Those of us on the sidelines have great appreciation for those who have given up the shire in order to fight evil. We wait for our turn in the fight.

It belongs to LE and was made by him. The Ring is altogether evil!

The Ring must be destroyed by returning it to Mt. Doom and the fire from whence it came!
