Has comp been released yet?

Are the numbers out yet?

If so, do tell! What is your LOB, merit %, and bonus.

Bonuses are slightly better than last year. To be honest, it feels odd since we are expecting some forced attrition.

If you got a 2, no merit increase and bonus less than last year (flat at best if you are a 2 close to 3). 3 and 4 increased bonus.

Comp locked in and released to managers. Not all LOB's have been authorized to disseminate the info yet though.

Workday sh-t the bed and couldn't handle HR's huge load. Also (conjecture) the $1000 one time bonus to those approaching minimum wage was a 'late hit' that didn't help the situation.

A hollowed out, non-functioning, siloed, flowchart-centric, off-shored, Technology "Team" are all who is coming to the rescue.

On a related note: ever use Enterprise Jira on the Tuesday before Enterprise Sprint dates? It was kind of like that.
