Read this thread with interest two days ago, forgot it, then opened up my mail as a FEHB member to find out CVS and its policies contributed to a data breach of my information. Forget free credit monitoring, the law enforcement should be $1,000 per member per breach for three years. Really the only way to get the attention on good governance and accountability for it.

Ask employees of arrogant retailers such as Sears and Macys how it works out when you go about your business thinking you are too big to fail. CVS in my opinion is even more arrogant and they will eventually fall. Can’t wait to see it

This is the third major contract Caremark lost in the last 2+ years. The ship is taking on water and corporate is oblivious, thinking everything is ok. Not good.
