Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Interesting but not fun together a first hand

Look at what 3 big swings and misses back to back can do to a robust company. I will give a pass on T-Mobile debacle but the failures of DTV and Time Warner were seen by 99% of anyone with basic business sense. What a cr--ker jack outfit the company and c suite has become. It's always everyone else but Johnny and his supporters who simply don't get it. What that it is I will never know unless it's hating your shareholders, customers, and employees.

We all knew the Time Warner acquisition was going to fail as soon as CNN started going after Trump and pushing for Biden to get elected. Trump is a horrible human being but Biden is a barely functioning... Well, let's just say that he's what AT&T would be of it were a person.

Welcome to our new surpluses. At least the mean Tweets are gone, AF the expense of competent leadership.

TMUS was not even requesting a breakup fee! Randall offered the breakup fee to show how BOLD at&t was about closing on the acquisition. What a HAYSEED!

TMobile has a market cap of $190B. ATT with the superior Stankey Strategy has a market cap of $118B. Too funny.

If T ultimately goes down the tubes, the failed T-Mobile deal and its breakup fee/spectrum lifeline will be remembered as the beginning of the end.

No pass on TMobile. It was obvious that would not fly with regulators. Horrendous deal.
