Top stores not making commission, no surprise here …quotas too high so they don’t have to pay us, we all saw this coming. The company is not interested in keeping good employees or paying them! Look at the actions not the word salad they spew on us.

Next they'll bring back customer surveys and steal more money from employees like they did during covid. 4 or less stars and you make less money. They sure love to scam their own people at big red!
Verizon's vision make our employees work harder for less commission in the toughest economy since the Great Depression. Management are upset why you aren’t motivated to make them more money while you are barely scraping by while they live in their mansions trying to figure out how to steal more money from employees.
A premium company without a premium commission structure, without premium systems, and without premium leadership. We are so 'premium' of a brand.
The job of Verizon is too get people thru the front door with promotions that are exciting for the customers. The promotions currently running are terrible (usually raising you plan by at least $10 and having the premium plan) Also the 36 month device payment has ki-led the volume of people) Management has put blinders on to this fact and are putting the blame on the front line with an arbitrary quota number were no one knows how it’s calculated.
True however I guess it’s better than laying off thousands of employees. Av t look at it that way too. So many stores closing Macys, Nordstrom, gap, and other giant retailers guess what jobs they will be looking for ?? Ok so don’t complain and be happy you still have a paycheck
