Well, Sapience buddy went away. Now there is new spyware running in the background called LEAF which is a more robust Sapience product for Frank to spy on us with.

You get software on your laptop to do what you need daily? Damn
It is not like Fiserv paid JPMorgan millions to bring that Guy over.
Ask his buddy Peter Cavicchio (he still thinks he’s at the CIA)! People should look up his and Franks past over at Chase….Interesting unfinished story there and Frank never got busted because he was already out the door by then! How do these people get into these positions, it’s enough to make anyone pu-e!
It's a system process that reports to the cloud. If you haven't already gotten it, you will receive an email with the website you need to go to to see your data. So far reporting is less than stellar, my entire team only has data for 2 days over the last two weeks. They're still ironing the wrinkles out for sure.
Look at system processes running and you will see it
I see that sapeince is gone from my laptop, but how can I tell what it was replaced with?
I don't see leaf or anything else
Boggles the mind that with all the cuts, we actually have people who's main job it is to maintain and evaluate and "manage" things like Sapience upgrades. smh
The reason for RTO is supposedly for us to collaborate. So if we leave our laptop to collaborate, Sapience puts a report out that we aren’t working. How nice!
At this point, they might as well put bitcoin mining program on every laptop. That could at least make Frank some real money instead of consuming CPU/RAM resource 100% by the spyware.
Sapience buddy is gone, Sapience spyglass replaced it. There is no icon near the clock anymore, now you need to go to a sapience site the day after to see your results from the day before.
It really does not matter. Nothing you do great or cr-ppy matters. In the end, you’ll be gotten rid of anyways.
Great, so now our laptops will be even slower, so our productivity is again worse by no fault of our own.
