Anyone hear anything more about the overtime payments? A number of us received an email last year about our jobs being retroactively coded as non-exempt, and we were told we'd be receiving payments for overtime worked.

I got this payments few years ago and it was far less than what I expected. I had to put in hours worked and wasn’t challenged. Truist will pay it. But here’s the math.
What you will get moving forward for OT is probably 1.5 your regular rate (May be different depending on state idk).
But for the retroactive payment: Let’s assume you make $52k which is $25 an hour. And you say you worked 5 hours of OT a week. You expect $37.50 x 5 x 52 = $9,750.
Here’s what you get.
$1000 / 45 hours = $22.22
Half time 2.5 hours x 52 = 130
$22.22 x 130 = $2,888.89.
