A little encouragement for those thinking of voluntarily leaving, before getting bad news. I left a year ago and it was the best decision I made. For anyone considering it, you can do it! Jump in feet first and go somewhere else. True, it takes some work to polish resume, interview, etc., but I'm in a much better environment today. At a company that truly appreciates me!

Why is someone making 400k with little effort looking at this site? Seems like a poor use of all that spare time.

Did you get another job and then leave? Or did you voluntarily negotiate a package and got severance. How did you go about doing that?
