Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Will the Execs get 30% of their Bonuses too?

OK gang, I just switched from UHC to Humana last year but it's the same story. Stock price and EPS trump any of your financial targets and quotas.

For 22FY - Broussard $15.8M in bonuses & Stock Awards, Huval $3M in Bonuses & Stock Awards, Diamond $4M in bonuses and stock awards. Let's see what their compensation is for 2023 FY.

Most of their compensation is from stock option. AIP is just a tiny portion of their whole package. To be fair, they should get no stock option or just 30% as proposed.

If they don't cut our bonuses how will the CEO and incoming CEO keep their muli-million dollar salary?

Instead of 2mil they get 1mil. Tough times for the rich.

Exactly. I don't see how an increase for 1 quarter (when the other 3 were profitable and overall year was profitable) equals 75% decrease in AIP

We were told in a meeting with our SVP that Bruce and his direct reports get 0 AIP payout. That doesn’t mean they won’t get anything bonus wise, but no AIP. If it were up to me, they would all be terminated with ZERO golden parachute, because it’s 100% THEIR job to make sure the company is financially sound. Since they did not meet their goals, they are inconsistent in their performance and their heads need to roll.

They'll probably get lower bonuses but make up for it in equity awards. That's what they do at UHC. The big dogs always eat.

I heard management was getting no bonus at all, which seems fair since all of this was their sc--wup.
