@1zaj+1qFFmUT2 Indeed. Recognized around 2009 that year end ratings were due months before employee year end input on progress against goals. Adjusted our teams CFE calendar to ensure proper sequencing. Repeatedly elevated the issue and solution to HR and others. Crickets. Year end ratings are locked in before CFEs are even written. It’s a sham.
Mid-year CFEs and Year CFEs are a massive joke.

Layoffs happen, the show goes on. I know we all don’t like the fact that this is happening but the reality is, we all need to be adding value, and honest reviews are a good way to calibrate. If you don’t like it, leave and don’t pursue any other salary job.
