Are we expecting bonuses this year or a dissapointing email from Bill?

It is true. Most won't believe it until they hear from their manager. Wait for the "be lucky to have a job" communication coming from EL.
Gonna be mass departures if 70% posted above with a 2% merit after clipping 2% on 401k is true.
I think EL cannot take bonuses if they don't pay out bonuses to everyone qualified for one. So they will give the peons pennies as a bonus, and give EL 500k bonuses.
Donta Wilson is taken care of though. Don't worry 🤡
What does the one time adjustment to 70% indicate?
Re: AIP, legit surprised its funded at all. Really thought they would just axe it altogether (before anyone says "they cant do that" - like the guy on here who said AIP was "contractual" - they absolutely can, its written in the AIP & LTI policies).
Re: Merit, terrible and actually really matters to the broad base of workers, most of whom arent making that much and dont qualify for a bonus. Continues the terrible trend of not even meeting cost of living increase. 2% is trash and if you read manager guidance, some wont even get a raise at all.
So the 2% merit just breaks us even from the 401(k) cut. Or not, when you consider taxes.
Guidance was sent to management this morning. AIP came in at 39% due to performance with a “one time adjustment” to 70% funding. That’s the worse I’ve ever seen, guess that $6B goodwill impairment truly had impact to the most valuable assets, employees!!
2% merit budget which grade 114 and below are eligible, so nice of Bill and his clown town leadership team.
@3uht+1qFDCfP9 Or hey, you get a special trophy when you retire but don’t exist this POS company to provide $1 to give you a party with your co-workers
You’ve done impactful work for your community. Take this virtual handshake as a bonus. But don’t print this email out because it will cost the bank in supplies used.
this is when ratings and associated comp changes are determined and processed. So, while they wont be delivered until early March, its happening now.
How is this bonus season? I’ve never received a bonus in January.
Another troll post
2023 inflation was 3.4 percent. On top of the 2% reduction in 401(k) match, 1.5% merit amounts to a 3.9% pay cut.
- 5% merit increase target.
@1ooh+1qFDCfP9 Agree -- I was pretty disappointed with mine even last year despite hitting my sales goals. My sign-on bonus was higher lol.
You can sell any time that you want and end your personal nightmare
Shareholders have lost roughly 50% in stock value since the merger. If ANYONE, including leadership, thinks they deserve a bonus, they are sadly mistaken.
AVP bonus pool is pretty deep I here
A donation has been made in your name to the Human Fund. Money for people.
The bonuses are always contractual in terms of personal and corporate performance. That being said, they always seem to be able to keep them from paying out to some degree, based on some non contractually identified metric.
The bonus pool will be quite small for those below EVP.
A $6b goodwill impariment is spun as a non-event for Wall Street given no cash flow impact, but you can bet your ar-e it’ll be a talking point during year-end comp discussions
Yea , you are now a member of the jelly of the month club.
