Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

IBM folks are all over and most not near an AT&T office. They have not been coming to the office for years and no issue working with them as it is no different than working with the IBM off shore folks. Well the only difference is the US IBM folks are available most of the day and US Hours. Try to find an off shore person after lunch. Good Luck

WFH employees cost the company money. Most are just salty that they can’t do laundry, watch kids, mow the lawn, do laundry, FaceTime with family, take a nap, shop Amazon, post things on eBay, go out to 2 hour lunches with the retired neighbor, and work the side hustle without being watched.

Hey Tony Moura, you don’t have to buy lunch. Bring the “ free” food you are eating at home to the workplace. Also, your complaint about the additional expense incurred to come into the office suggests you should somehow be compensated for it. Well, while you’re were at home did you think to send back to IBM all the money you saved by not commuting.
It makes me laugh when people complain about lunch, gas, tolls, etc. those are expenses that, for those that did go to the office before all the sh!t started, were there before. You had been able to save on those while WFH, don’t complain now that you have to resume those expenses.
