Ejected mid year as a retiree in mgmt. Anyone know if there is payout proration or nada?
I've had it five years running. However, I'm management with a defined bonus percentage based on my job title. Maybe it is different in a union or sales job.
“Your rating has no impact on your bonus, it only gets you that 1%-2% extra on your raise, and maybe a connection award.”
Clearly you’ve never received Role Model before…

I hope it’s big because I got Role Model again!
Rupees—- LOL
I will 2nd the 104% - the two measurable parts of the bonus have tracked green all year. The BS one about durable customers (whatever that means) and other items is yellow, but the people you call leaders, during their holiday video, the micro services lady said something about durable customers that indicated we did great.
Just heard yesterday that AM’s have thier numbers and can release today.
20,000 rupees.
Management employee here... over 100% of target is my prediction; I'm going with 104%. With over 30 years, I think it has been below 100% maybe 2 or 3 times. Lowest ever was around 80%.
New bonus structure. -IOU
“You earned it , but we have no money, so we will pay that to you 2 years from now.”
If you are still employed. (L3 and above know what I’m talking about)
Your key performance indicator, at a resource level, is NOW ATTENDANCE.
Let me repeat that out loud:
THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT PERFORMANCE METRIC IN YOUR CONTROL TO LEADERSHIP RIGHT NOW IS FU--ING ATTENDANCE.
And you're worried about a fu--ing performance bonus?
"No Success = No Bonus"
Unless you're C-suite, then you get a bonus PLUS another bonus to make up for the first bonus being smaller than they thought it should have been.
No Success = No Bonus
Targets and Metrics not obtained as directed.
Good luck everyone!
T is broke!
Only for the Stink - because he is the greatest - POS!
at least 200%, because they can definitely do that.
Will be announced next Friday after BOD meeting (1/26).
Sub-zero.
I think BOD meets next week to determine allocation of breadcrumbs.
