This is the magic pill - distill decades of experience into an easy button tutorial. It is not really the procedures that need to be shared but the complex inter-related knowledge that cannot be easily conveyed. this app is apparently designed to “capture” institutional knowledge for a range of purposes: training, process consistency and efficiency, knowledge-level assessment and tracking, reduced newbie ramp-up time, mitigation of SME loss, etc., etc.
seems like a nice shiny magic (and on-the-cheap) bullet - a c-suite special
the fairly meager marketing content on their website must look very compelling to desperate executives looking for a quick and easy cure for virtually anything to do with pesky staff (why can’t we just replace them all with AI already?)

Confidence is some tool to upload your random notes and stuff for them to train replacements that sends it to a SharePoint, probably end up digesting it with AI and po----g out a terd. Probably a requirement to get severance.
