Just got cut this AM. Looks like at least 10% of the B2C support workforce is being let go. I know of at least 7 others and only 84 in that group. So that is a good number.

In CX Support org all left is VPs, Sr.Dir, Dir, SMgr, Mgr and couple of ICs under each.
Investing any further on CX support will be a bad decision for any organization.
CX mgmt will fool the top leaders and milk for some more time.
How many in CX Support ? Is anyone still left around other than the VPs ? I jumped the titanic last year.

CX Sales(fusion) support team under MA and KI also impacted today but as usual only ICs.
I know of 8 in B2C Support (CX) and one manager in B2B (Fusion). All US employees.

3 in my skip-level's org of 18 laid off today - SaaS Service Excellence & Operational Readiness under Miranda & Beeswanger. 16+ % is more than a haircut.

was sla-ghtered during December, main engineering though, not sure about support (we didn't have much ops for our products, devs were mostly supporting it directly on prod, and ops was needed just for compliance to run our instructions).
