BP Code of Conduct

With the new CEO hire we all now know that the BP code of conduct means nothing to the Board of Directors and upper management. Remember that next time they virtue signal to you.

I used to cringe every time walking through the WL4 lobby during "equality week" or whatever the heck they call it now.

@fnk+1qC3wVoC Your response proves exactly why CEOs shouldn't be dating/cohabiting with employees. Promotions can go through a panel, but at the end of the day, if a CEO says someone is to get a promoted post, the 'yes' men and women will put it through. I wonder what was the motivation of the whistle-blower in May 2022? Was it someone overlooked for promotion and lost out to a female that Looney was involved with? Was it a female who had been cast aside by him for another woman? It was strange that someone waited until 2022 to speak out when it was known about for years.

As a female employee, I am now realising my career strategy (work hard, work on the right things) was all wrong.
