Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

frank you will never get one minute of discretionary time from me ever

frank is now resorting to measuring days in the office and hours in the office ----but what he so stupidly doesn't realize is that 20% of work happens on the weekend and in the evening when you are not in the office, but no more.

for a guy who thinks he is about operational excellence he sure burns productivity, this is the latest, you have officially lost the heart of every employee, congratulations mr productivity. leigh cant believe you still work there, no values only view people as dispensable robots.

this one is almost as bad as trading 20 year work from home veterans for graduates.

So has anyone else heard that FB expects people to work a 45 hour work week?
Well what else are you going to do for your lunch break, right?

Remote employees are in the process of being removed. It takes time to ki-l the products without affecting Frank's shares too much.

Why are there still so many remotes including leadership, while they are monitoring badge swipes! I heard many remote positions are "grandfathered".

I guess you can tell which products are favored by whether or not the replacements are graduates, or are still in school.

These so-called "executives" and "managers" never measured what they get basically FOR FREE when they treat well their employees. By forcing hours, location and monitoring they are now eliminating the extra work all of us used to put on. They are going to get the bare minimum. It also isn't helpful that going above and beyond does not translate to any extra compensation be it a raise or a bonus. Well done, arseholes.

Stopped weekend and evening work the day I was forced to go into the office after being remote for 8 years. They get 7 to 4 Monday to Friday until I find another job which I am actively searching.

What’s this all about? Perhaps I missed a memo. It truly makes no sense to monitor traveling employees on their pcs. I only have time to get through all the barriers to get connected to my P.C. at night or on the weekends otherwise I’m in a plane or a clients office and our systems are like Fort Knox to try and login each day. Especially from the road!
