The idea that McElfy cares so much that he's sitting there pulling a time on lan report instead of working on things that matter is pretty hilarious to me. I wouldn't put it past anyone in this company to do such a thing.

Report I have seen is still badge swipes only but this company hates its employees so I wouldnt be surprised if that changed.

Supposedly McElfrish is pulling time on LAN reporting so chipping the door alone won’t cut it

Friends and family taking care of each other. If you’re not in that clique you’re probably cashing on in unemployment soon.

I have been going to my local sales office once per week as mandated since June. Since then, I have only seen the Local VP/GM in the office ONCE !!! Its all BS.

It will be interesting if they actually do try to do anything regarding "non compliance" given nobody knows the rules anyway. It seems every organization interprets things differently. Ask different people how they are handling the monday holiday and you'll get lots of different answers at to what it means for coming in the rest of the week.

It’s all for show. Dallas local government ready to pull tax breaks from hybrid companies. T just needs to make it look like folks coming it. Don’t need AVP, chief of staff, or b-tt k-ssers to come in. Just the schlubz.

People who don’t come to work demanding subordinates to come in to work. I’ve seen it all now.

There are individuals that refuse to come in and the company will let them get away with it. Those that have all the answers and don’t need the money anymore specifically. Also there boss isn’t coming in either.

I have good reasons for not going in too.
They are:

  • pay me more
  • you’re trying to get me to move and gonna pay me off anyways, so why would I?
  • there’s no point when I do the same thing at home as I do in the office
  • everyone sits on teams anyways
  • the city su-ks, and is dangerous
  • it’s a waste of gas and time
  • it smells like sh-t
  • parking
  • no amenities at the office
  • why would I accept what is basically a pay cut (hired remote and during covid didn’t have to commute) to meet some who-centric requirement that only one person in the entire company cares about (Stankey) which relates back to #1 (pay me more fu-k boi)

It’s snowing, is that a good enough reason to get the he-l out of my a-s?
