Diamond is behind all these short sighted layoffs. She needs to find better ways to save money and manage company finances. She always rely on layoffs make her numbers. SD has been doing this for years. CFO should be fired to save the company.

SD is totally incapable. She made it to CFO only because she knew the right people. SD is taking the company down with terrible mismanagement.
Agree, she is over her head and never really had a demonstrated track record of her own accomplishments before she took the role. Many were shocked when she was put in the role as she doesn’t have a good sense of the business operations and is so biased. Some left. She was a laughingstock to many areas and it’s catching up. The loss of Alan W just compounded it as he knew the business inside and out. It’s whack a mole now as she can no longer coast on prior leaders success and they’ve blown all projections … she needs to go.
There are so many Directors, VPs and above in the MA world that are in way over their heads. Most can’t spell Medicare Advantage let alone lead anything. The company is doomed.
Psh, SD is never going to admit she was wrong. They’ll just keep cutting and cutting until the company folds. Or until they can sell.
10000% agree!! Or come out and say hey we were off about our EPS own up to that….but that will never happen since we only want to please Wall Street which I get but man there seems to be no balance.
