With so much talk about people being stressed, overworked, RTO/layoff stress, looking for other jobs, it's no wonder I've seen so many of my fellow Schwabbies burning out. I came across this HBR article that highlights so many of the issues that we're experiencing.

I can't wait to leave this place. It's so toxic and this sentiment is not just me. People put on a happy face but the "water cooler" chatter tells a different story.
I mean, look at some of the posts on this site. "Oh just su-k it up"; "Deal with it"; "If you don't like RTO then leave"... to those negative commentators, you're not doing the company any favors. In fact, that attitude that you're, probably unconsciously, taking back to the office hurts everyone. Your "just su-k it up" perspective is part of the problem.

Final note.. stop with the endless working sessions!!! And don't just give us one focus day; when the rest of the week, our calendars are so full that we literally only have one day to do actual work.
