It’s most likely held up due to the TERRIBLE cutover they did to the new payroll system “Infor” they did a cutover to ALL the old payroll systems and ppl in my department alone have been underpaid for weeks! Even the off cycle checks aren’t coming ! You should call Hr one stop if you can . Best of luck!

When did you hit the GRW button? I believe that starts your 45 day clock. Were you one of those paid and reversed for the overpayment issue? I know several who are impacted by that issue. Given the bank holidays we’ve had, that could be part of it. People who acknowledged the GRW right away and haven’t received their money by the end of this week should definitely explore their legal options since T will have broken their own SLA.
Other options to consider. Did you return any and all equipment you had? (Badge, computer, monitors, COU…)
I hit the GRW button on 12/15. Hopefully I see my money soon.
