Must be a U-Verse TV outage this evening. Have all green lights on Gateway modem but screen says U-Verse not available.
Called 800-288-2020 and got message that wait time was 7 hours or I can schedule a call back tomorrow. Every time I inputted, I got a response of “no appointment is available at that time”, so I hung up.
It use to be a time when you could get technical help with a real person without having to wait forever. This is what a massive force reduction will do. I have had AT&T service for over 30 years, but it is time to change. Time to disconnect and go with Spectrum. I get a flyer in the mail from them at least once a week with a tempting price to switch, so I will go with them. AT&T, years ago, use to have good service and response times.
