Anyone know the enterprise budget % for raises this year?

zero nothing nada. even if you are given a title upgrade. there are no raises for 2024

A raise? What is that? Any increase at Humana is below cost of living increases and there is no adjustment in salary for cost of living. Also, tenure is not rewarded at Humana. Associates at the top of their salary band get nothing.

2-3% projected max. The money is in the AIP for higher salaries
It doesn’t matter what your performance amounts to because if you’re at the top of a pay range, you’re not going to get squat. Good employees don’t get ahead and cr-ppy ones can if their leader likes them.
My raise was .05 cents at my anniversary. :(
