CUS layoff history is Feb/March right before any reviews so those can be skipped. So wait for that one...
And then October for last 2 years from what I've seen

21 year OFD here. OFD always had layoffs in December. Heck we were eating at a company Christmas luncheon and they were walking people out.
There were same-day layoffs last week. There were also 60 day notice layoffs last week. No one knows what is going to happen next.
Are you all talking about 'new layoff's or just getting the dates for the layoffs we have known about since September?

Last week layoffs were for 60 days before 2/15/24. Next week should be 60 days before 2/28/24.
