I know during the c19 they stopped enforcing the non-competes. Can someone from AIC/NXT that was let go confirm if this is true with this round? Also if you where let go. Sorry please reach out to old team mates we want to help in some cases we still don't know who was let go.

CSC is a mini Nike.
Your non compete should tell you, mine says if let go its no longer valid. I had an attorney and a competitor read mine. I definately would not sign a layoff package without an attorney reading it. Most corporate attorneys can read then with no to minimal cost. Or ask a law student.
Adi has had too many changes since post Covid - they ruined the culture over there and all the cool people left. It’s basically a lame, heavy European, corporate environment.

CSC?
So my father-in-law is an employment attorney in Oregon and I asked him about this. His answer: "Non-competes for laid-off folks would not hold up in court. I wouldn't worry about it."
His advice is consistent with my own observations that many laid off folks from swoosh end up at CSC almost immediately (I'd recommend avoiding adi - I know 3 people that went over there and they all describe it as a dumpster fire). Plus CSC seems to love hiring ex-Nike folks so that'd be my first stop if I'm laid off!
Myself and a few others were let go. We were told our non compete would not be enforced verbally. So far no one I know has seen this in writing yet.
As mentioned. They can decide until the last day that they've agreed to pay you. There's a list of competitors that they don't want folks working for.
Don't sign anything like an NDA until you've had a conversation with someone you trust or an employment attorney. Mostly for peace of mind.
If they aren’t putting it in writing it isn’t true they aren’t enforcing them.
Legally they can’t enforce them if they don’t pay you, but they sure can deter other people from hiring you by making threats.
They won’t know yet. Nike has many days to decide 90 I think if they will enforce it or not.
