Hey look, now it appears Fiserv legal team has started responding… Trust me it has become a hostile work environment in every sense of the words. To claim the Op is racist for their post is absurd.

Your personal gripes do not constitute a "hostile work environment" since there is no infringement on employment rights protected under the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
This manner of false equivocation is symptom of the OP's racism.
Hmmm this sounds about right to me? “A hostile work environment is one where the words and actions of a supervisor, manager or coworker negatively or severely impacts another employee's ability to complete their work. Any employee can be responsible for creating a hostile work environment.”
Hostile work environment has a precise legal meaning, and is actionable. It might be best not to use the term imprecisely, as it dilutes the actionable meaning. There are lots of other ways to spell “su-ks.”
