Is there any option if a top performer was targeted in mass layoff just coz I was not in good terms with VP.

SEC? Not hardly, they are civil cases. Corruption is criminal. That would be a different agency.

Sorry that you have to go through this. He will get what’s coming to him as will all that are corrupt and think nothing of abusing employees and customers.
You are a top producer and it’s poor judgement. It’s stupid to put personal vendettas before good business. But that’s what they do. They make everything about them and they are pathetic. They are just lowly Oracle rats that just continue to take everything they can from Oracle. Using Oracle for personal use will catch-up. They can’t stand to hear that Oracle belongs is publicly traded. Of course, LE owns the most shares but Wall Street calls the shots. Gluttony & greed will cause a painful fall. The powers that will see to it.
Oracle has been going through a major reorg. for well over a year? It’s been written about yet, they don’t believe that includes them. They can’t see it. They have gotten warnings yet they blatantly continue (metaphorically in broad light the same behavior that leaves a very clear trail.
It’s always funny when they belittle degrade those that do the right thing. You are a top producer. You are smarter than he is. He can only control those that falls prey to his mind control. You are driven, self disciplined that does not work for him.
They can only function with dysfunction. Only those that are corrupt fit their mold.
- Evil exists in darkness. They don’t know right from wrong. It has been forgotten because of their addiction to themselves. Truth does not exist in their minds. They can’t follow the rules.
Legal action will come and truth will be revealed when the time is right.
I wish you couid take action against this perpetrator. Find comfort knowing that he get what deserves. Justice will come.

- Oracle got left behind decades ago. They exist on what was done long ago. You have worked hard and are destined for much more. At some point you will hear of this VPs demise.
Their made up job titles alone are just a big lie.
Enjoy what is ahead and forget this pain. It’s temporary for you but if will cause him much pain. You’ll look back soon and realize this is the best gift you could ever ask for. The VP is already toast he’s too stupid to see himself.. and will be thrown out with the garbage - that he is.

If you have been RIF'd, cash out what you can and put it elsewhere.
Sadly, big red is coming with the reckoning, I believe. It's cloud is a dud, just good for all the customers locked in. And those willing to pay through the nose for what you can get elsewhere, and better.

Pretend as if nothing happened and work till you milk the cow. Leave for a better place.
I am 100% sure they won't encourage you anymore. If you are laid off, I am not sure how legal team can help you.
