“ Look if they CEO/VP's make unwise or stupid decisions they tend to rift employees as a remedy, to make up for managements shortfalls, BUT this really doesn't solve the problem.”
You have no idea how true this statement is with Hans. ERP conversion was a sh@$show and all of GP is moving to Ireland. But it was a success in everyone’s eyes that don’t actually use the awful tool. I will glad light the Fuze on Fuze. He ruined Ericsson and doing the same for Verizon and is in bed with Deloitte. How many bad Deloitte launches have to fail before the board looks to the Swedish Meatball and hold him accountable? My guy package will be delivered 30days prior to the mass exodus HR and Hans have planned. What a joke and disgusting to see years of hard work and pride go down the toilet due to poor upper level management.
@tvh- go try to sell crazy somewhere else

This is the cardinal rule of business execution: "If you have no idea what to do, then do a deal, and hire a big firm consultant to write a paper shouting how good this deal is.:
By the time the deal falls apart and costs shareholders money and the line employees' jobs, the executives will have collected, and be off to the next deal, next department, or next company.
Think about how much wreckage Hans left in his professional past and wake, and yet was promoted to an even bigger job in a bigger company with the biggest compensation in Sweden.
So what's $400M when you can waste and blow billions and end up getting compensated even more? Think about Sam the Clam. Failing up is good business around here.
Time for Verizon management to Unionise

Running a kindergarten is actually very difficult.
Leading us straight out of business. They promote and reassign people which is more like rearranging the chairs or the Titanic same results.
Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
