There is an indication that SAP as in 2023 wants to reduce its work force by 3000 employees in 2024 again. The works council leader requests not to do so or you have to assume to protect German employees at least. The German works council is not relevant for other countries as the laws are country dependent. The employees of each country have to protect their own - if possible at all.
