Vp and cronies singing and dancing at an all hands with no mention of strategy or honesty about re-org is embarrassing. No backbone, no tech knowledge, no follow through. What a waste of time to those of us that had to attend in person.
30 minutes of interviews with 30 plus years employees where two should be long ago laid off followed by holiday videos made mostly by bored sr directors was cringy.
Forced back to office with most employees shipped offshore ridiculous.
Employees who’s main focus is organizing walking clubs and weight loss challenges.

EC is a prime example of a horrible DEI hire. Not to mention all the ridiculous "rah-rah" cronies that are so far up his fourth point of contact it is ridiculous.
Texhops has become more of a fu--ing social club then a functioning group and if you are not in the "club" and our heads down working you are the outcast. A fu--ing embarrassment.
