Our management call confirmed there is no bonus. Hence a lot of big fish voluntarily leaving. They will keep you working until the last minute when they rug pull the bonus

Those making the decisions know, and they are the same folks giving themselves raises and bonuses. The golden rule, "he who has the gold rules".
That's what is wrong with this company. Leaders are focused on themselves and on how big of piece of the pie they can get!
