Another One Bites the Dust

And another one bites the dust! So long CHRO. While I realize the email indicates the reason she is leaving and hope she is okay. She really destroyed the culture at USAA and treated a lot of employees terribly. For those that aligned themselves with her, hopefully you had enough sense not to treat people bad because the days of having her protection are counting down. You can’t treat people poorly nor align yourself with a leader like that. I knew her days were limited. May she be able to rest and come to peace given how she treated employees, bad decisions, and implemented policies that were just wrong.

Wishing a better hire in the next go round!

I doubt it’s for health reasons sounds like a throwaway excuse! I bet she couldn’t handle the heat after she made the culture here worse and more fearful! Good riddance lol

She came from a trash company - literally. So here is the question was she the one that made all the bad decisions or was she told to make them? I need examples when people say she was terrible, destroyed the culture and treated folks poorly. Please elaborate

I just did not see her value, i mean yeah, treat others with respect they deserve and all, but, hard to justify the big bucks…

Yup. Just saw the email. This lady really screwed up things and I would imagine the sh-t got stacked too high for her. Welp, heres to hoping things improve.
