Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

60 days notices

Started to come down this week. 4 of my coworkers received theirs today, I have a 1:1 tomorrow.

So much relief! I am morally exhausted.

Sure 2024 numbers will prob look awesome....cut expenses, income stream on relatively inelastic autopilot...but the deconversions and concessions will hit late or in 2025. Since Fiserv controls so much of the core sector, they're prob counting on gridlock, but it will come home to roost...prob about the same time that this Broadway genius retires in glory. More aggregated business sense in a litter box than FB demonstrates....

in 3-month timeframe - Fiserv will become a graveyard. Because they have to create an expense reduction, no replacements are coming, no one to train the new hires. Hence the 60 days and not longer to conduct the needed training for proper handoff.

Wishing all the Precision folks well. Even though it may not feel like it now, you will be fine and likely better off very soon.

You'll be better off when you find a place that doesn't treat you like garbage. Enjoy it....good luck! Still crazy what they are doing here.
