people line up to enter the restroom on 4 floor, worst floor in the whole building!
That is ridiculous and offensive! That is not that Frank I know at all. Frank probably propped the body up in a chair so he could keep his head count for the tax credit. Frank cares more about the tax credit than saving the company a couple of bucks. He calls them "Pulse optional" employees.
Hopefully Frank was there. The guy with a plan. Probably had termination docs in hand before the person hit the floor so he could pull their insurance to save the company a couple extra bucks.
